Every piece, accounted for.
Full packing in furniture-grade materials, placement and unpacking to your floor plan, debris gone the same day. One crew from wall to wall. And if your move is a studio or a single piece, we’ll tell you plainly. This tier isn’t for everything.

The day is scored in advance. The same five, every engagement.
It leaves with the crew. The same day, not on a second trip.

The day, in order.
A white-glove move is scored in advance. This is the sequence: the same five movements, every engagement.

The private survey
It begins with a look, not a guess. A senior move consultant walks your residence, notes what's moving, and asks the questions your building will ask us. The figure that follows reflects what we saw.
Packing, room by room
Furniture-grade materials, labeled by room as they're packed. Casegoods are soft-wrapped and corner-protected; the fragile and the irreplaceable are crated to the piece.
The building's choreography
The certificate of insurance reaches your building's office before the freight elevator is reserved. Dock slots and elevator windows are booked in advance and honored; floor protection goes down to the building's written spec, photographed before and after.
Placement, to your floor plan
Furniture goes where the plan says, not where the doorway left it. Unpacking runs room by room, at your pace, until you say stop.
Debris, gone the same day
Packing paper, wrap, and cartons leave when the crew does. The same day, not on a second trip. The residence reads finished on night one.
Not upgrades. The floor.
The COI prepared and filed with your building's office before moving day
Corner guards and floor protection installed to your building's written specification
A signed condition note at each end of the move
Packing debris removed the same day

Not every move needs this tier.
White-glove is built for full residences, fine pieces, and buildings with rules. If you’re moving a one-bedroom on a simple timeline, Precise Moving Corp is likely the better fit, and we’d rather say so now than after a survey.
A precise number requires a look.
We quote after a private survey of your residence. It is a short, scheduled visit at your convenience. You receive one figure that reflects your building’s requirements, your pieces, and your dates.
White-glove moves are priced to the residence, so your exact figure follows the survey, before you commit to anything.
Questions, answered plainly
Why don't you give prices over the phone?
A precise number requires a look. Your building's requirements, your pieces, and your dates all change the figure, and we'd rather see them than guess. If you need a number today without a visit, we're likely not the right fit.
What happens during the private survey?
A scheduled visit at your convenience, at your residence. We look at what's moving, ask about your building's requirements, and follow up with your exact figure.
How do you handle freight elevator and loading dock scheduling?
We book your building's window in advance and plan the day around it. If your building only allows weekday moves during business hours, we build the schedule to match.
