A downsizing survey is not a walkthrough with a stopwatch. We go through the residence with you, or with your family on the call, and sort what’s moving, what’s staying with the family, and what’s still undecided.

When the move depends on a sale or on a new residence becoming ready, the schedule flexes with it. The date can shift without the plan being rebuilt. That flexibility is part of the service, not a favor.
What we do, and what we don’t.
We move, and we store. We don’t run donation pickups or haul-away, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If pieces aren’t moving with you, we’ll pack and label them for whoever is collecting them, and leave those arrangements in your family’s hands.
A move can also split: part to the new residence, part to family, part into vaulted storage while a decision settles. Each destination gets its own inventory, signed before anything leaves the building.
