SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Maestro Moving, operated by MAESTRO MOVING & STORAGE LLC. We use text messages for one thing: coordinating with people who asked us to. That means scheduling your private survey, confirming appointment details, and answering questions about your move or storage.

Consent

You receive texts from us only if you gave express written consent, either by checking the (unchecked-by-default) box on our survey form or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from us. If you didn’t opt in, we don’t text you.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your move. Typically it is a handful of scheduling and coordination messages, not a stream. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or reach us directly at (800) 947-8550 or [email protected].

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information generally is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
