Estate moves · Miami & Fort Lauderdale

One estate, one accountable crew.

Estate moves arrive at hard times, usually with deadlines attached. What an executor needs from a mover is simple to name: a licensed firm, a paper trail, and one crew accountable for every piece from wall to wall.

  • The inventoryEvery piece is listed and signed for before anything leaves the residence.
  • Condition notesSigned at both ends of the move for every piece we crate or wrap.
  • One crewThe people who pack the residence are the people who deliver from it.

For the record

Documents you can forward.

To the family, to the attorney, to the court if it comes to that. Every estate engagement produces its own record.

The itemized inventory

Every piece is listed before it moves. What it is, where it’s going. Signed by you or the person you appoint, before anything leaves the residence.

Signed condition notes

A signed condition note at each end of the move for every piece we crate or wrap. If a question comes up later, the answer is already on paper.

Licensing you can verify

Accountability

One crew, wall to wall.

The same crew from wall to wall. The people who pack the residence are the people who deliver from it, with rosters submitted for security check-in at every building involved.

Destinations often differ: one part of the estate to a residence, another to family across town, the rest to be held. The inventory splits with them, and each portion is signed for separately. Nothing leaves the residence unlisted.

While it resolves

Storage until the estate decides.

Sales close on their own schedule. Heirs decide on theirs. When the residence must be emptied before the destinations are settled, vaulted storage holds the estate intact. Sealed at the door, itemized on a signed inventory, delivered when the decision is made.

Survey-first pricing

Start with one call.

Request a private survey. The executor, the attorney, or the family member coordinating can all be on it. We walk the residence, note what’s moving where, and put the plan in writing.

Your exact figure follows the survey, before you commit to anything.

Request a private survey

Requesting a survey means a senior move consultant may call you at this number about your move. Nothing is committed today.
