Signed condition notes
A signed condition note at each end of the move for every piece we crate or wrap. If a question comes up later, the answer is already on paper.

Accountability

Destinations often differ: one part of the estate to a residence, another to family across town, the rest to be held. The inventory splits with them, and each portion is signed for separately. Nothing leaves the residence unlisted.
