Planned backward from the start date.
An executive move rarely runs residence-to-residence in one line. There’s a start date that won’t move, temporary housing on one end, and a house search that finishes on its own schedule.
We plan from the fixed point backward: what must arrive before the first day of work, what waits in vaulted storage until the permanent residence closes, and what travels on rails. The wardrobe is packed hanging and delivered hanging.
Secure vaulted storageSometimes the move is confidential.
An executive relocation is sometimes a personnel matter before it’s an announcement. We treat it that way: schedules that don’t linger in lobbies, crews checked in under the building’s own process, paperwork routed only to the people who need it.
Our marketing practices the same discretion: no client names, no photographs of client residences, no announcements. What you don’t see on this site is the policy working.
In every relocation engagement.
The COI prepared and filed with each building before its elevator is reserved.
Full packing in furniture-grade materials, room-by-room labeling at both ends.
Garment rails for the wardrobe, packed hanging and delivered hanging.
A signed condition note at each end for every piece we crate or wrap.
Packing debris gone the same day, and both residences left photo-ready.
Vaulted storage on standby for the gap between residences.
If the relocation crosses state lines.
Our service area is Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the corridor between. When a relocation begins or ends outside Florida, raise it at the survey. We’ll tell you plainly what we handle ourselves and how the long-distance leg gets arranged.
One survey. One figure.
A scheduled visit at your residence, at your convenience. Then one figure that reflects the building, the pieces, and the calendar. Coordinators are welcome to arrange and attend on the executive’s behalf.
White-glove relocations are priced to the residence, so your exact figure follows the survey, before you commit to anything.
