This policy describes how Maestro Moving, operated by MAESTRO MOVING & STORAGE LLC (“we,” “us”), handles personal information collected through maestromoving.com and through the phone number and email address published on it. We keep this short because we collect little.

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you request a private survey or contact us, that means: your name, phone number, the building or neighborhood involved, the shape of your move (type, size, month), your preferred time for a call, and anything you choose to tell us by phone or email. We do not ask for an email address on our survey form, and this site has no accounts, logins, or payment forms.

What this site does in your browser

As of the date above, this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a font network. If we later add measurement tools, we will update this policy first and say what changed.

How we use your information

• To call you back and schedule the private survey you requested.
• To prepare your written estimate and, if you engage us, to perform the move or storage services.
• To keep the records Florida moving regulations require us to keep.

What we don’t do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with service providers working on our behalf (for example, scheduling and customer-record systems), with your building’s management when the move requires it (crew rosters for security check-in, certificates of insurance), and where the law requires disclosure.

Text messages

We text you only with your express consent, given through the unchecked opt-in box on our survey form or by texting us first. The full terms, including how to stop at any time, are in our SMS terms. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request, and engagement records for as long as Florida moving regulations and ordinary business-records law require. When neither applies any longer, we delete.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. We will not apply a material change to information collected earlier without telling you.
