The site is informational

This site describes our services. Nothing on it, including any “from” figure, is an estimate, a quote, or an offer for your move. Florida law requires registered movers to provide written estimates; ours are prepared individually, after a private survey of your residence, and delivered to you in writing. Your exact figure follows the survey, before you commit to anything.

Survey requests are requests

Submitting the survey form asks us to call you back to schedule a visit. It does not create a booking, a reservation, or a contract. Moving and storage services are engaged only under the separate written documents Florida law prescribes for them, which you will receive and sign before any work begins.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach or probe it, no submitting another person’s information without their authority, and no unlawful use. The content of the site (text, illustrations, and marks) belongs to us; you may not republish it without written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. The site itself is provided as-is: we don’t promise uninterrupted availability, and site content is not professional advice for your specific circumstances. None of this section limits the obligations we take on in a signed estimate or contract for services, or any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Liability for site use

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. Liability connected to an actual move or storage engagement is governed by the written contract for that engagement and by applicable Florida and federal law, not by these website terms.

Florida registration notice

Florida law requires movers to display their registration on advertising: Fla. Mover Reg. No. IM3947. Our federal operating authority is USDOT 4022357, MC 1517490. You can verify both: the federal record on FMCSA’s SAFER system, the Florida registration with FDACS at 1-800-HELP-FLA.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
